What kinds of payment do you accept?

You can conveniently use Amazon Pay, Stripe, PayPal, or cash at pick-up.

Can I change the delivery address?”

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. 

What if my product arrives damaged?”

We will do our best to ensure everything is properly packaged, however, if something does arrive damaged, we ask that you send us a picture and we will gladly work with you to make things right with your purchase.

Do you offer expedited shipping?”

Yes, you can upgrade to expedited shipping for a fee.

How do I know my order has been shipped?”

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us and we will provide you with tracking details.

Do you accept returns?”

We accept returns; however, the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, the item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. This does not apply to product that was received damaged.
