You can conveniently use Amazon Pay, Stripe, Apple pay, PayPal, Brain tree, or cash at pick-up.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to change the shipping address. If it is delivered to a prior living address, with no forward set up, it will be returned to sender. We can cancel the order, you can repurchase with the updated address, and we will send it there.

We will do our best to ensure everything is properly packaged, however, if something does arrive damaged, we ask that you send us a picture and we will gladly work with you to make things right with your purchase.

Yes, you can upgrade to expedited shipping for a fee.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us and we will provide you with tracking details.

We accept returns; however, the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, the item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. This does not apply to product that was received damaged. More information on our return policy can be found in the “Returns” section.
