We offer free standard shipping on all our items with no minimum order.  You do have the option to upgrade shipping if needed.  Upgraded shipping costs are a flat fee we calculate according to weight.

Substitution Policy

On occasion, we run out of a specific item used in our gifts. This situation does not occur often, however, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in its place.

Damaged or Missing Items

If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 7 days. We are happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that missing items may have been substituted. We will ask that you send a photograph of the item you ordered depicting the damage or for verification that an item is missing. We will work with you by replacing your order or offering monetary compensation for items that did not arrive to you properly. Our customer’s satisfaction is our priority, after all!

Exchanges and Refunds of Undamaged Items

At Around the Clock Gifts, we want you to love what you order from us. To receive a full refund for an order, the item must be returned to us unopened, and in its original packaging (shrink-wrap). You, as the consumer, are responsible for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the return, we will communicate with you to gain additional information as necessary and to provide details on your refund. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process and will be issued through the method you originally purchased the item.

Undeliverable Address

If an item is purchased and shipped to an “Undeliverable Address,” we will refund the cost of the product, minus the shipping paid to send the order. Refunds will be issued once we receive the product back from the shipping service. At this point, you may choose to purchase the item again and include different shipping information.
